Terms and Refund Policy

Before requesting a refund, you must email us with a detailed description of your issue. We require the opportunity to resolve any problems before approving refunds.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved ONLY when:

  1. Defect exists that we cannot resolve

  2. Your request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • General dissatisfaction (“I don’t like it”)

  • Missing features you “expected” to exist

  • Environment incompatibility issues

  • Accidental purchases (wrong product/license)

  • Difficulty understanding product usage/customization

  • License agreement violations

  • Issues caused by your code customizations

  • Non-functional issues (performance, response time, throughput)

  • Inability to set up/install purchased code

Product Terms

  • You receive source code only after purchase

  • You are responsible for:
    • Developing the final product
    • Setup/installation
    • Configuration and deployment

  • We provide no development assistance

Definition of “Defect”
A “Defect” is strictly defined as:

  • A verifiable malfunction in the core functionality

  • A documented failure of the provided source code

  • Technical flaws that prevent basic operation

  • Issues demonstrable in a standard compatible environment

Refund Process

  1. Email detailed issue description within 24 hours

  2. Allow us 72 hours to resolve the issue

  3. If unresolved defect is confirmed, refund will be processed

  4. Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days

Important Notes

    • “I don’t know how to edit code” is not considered a defect

    • Source code errors must be objectively verifiable

    • Setup/installation challenges do not qualify for refunds

    • This policy supersedes any verbal representations
