Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Your item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Refund Process

  3. We notify you of refund approval/rejection

Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item:

Gift Returns

  • If marked as gift and shipped to you:
    • You’ll receive gift credit after we receive the return

    • Refund goes to gift giver
    • Gift giver will be notified of your return

Return Shipping

  • Mail returns to: {physical address}

  • Customer pays return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds deduct return shipping costs

  • Consider trackable shipping/insurance for valuable items

  • Delivery times vary by location

  • We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items
